Business As Usual - Overview of our daily activities

Even during a pandemic like Covid-19 we're continuing with our daily activities as much as possible.

 

Business As Usual continues for Micropole with our #InnovativePeople set up to continue our usual services for our customers at home.

 

What does business as usual mean?

1. The local support platform remains active and accessible 24/7. What is our local support platform?Micropole is one of the largest SAP partners able to give support on all SAP BI products in Belux. We service BI users and members of our customers' competence center in any technical questions or business issues. 

2. Remote-access and teleworking is the standard operating manner where possible, in the most safe and agile way.

3. Urgent on-site needs or problems will be reviewed case by case with the Lead Expert and Account Manager, before handling it in a way that complies with government procedures during this pandemic.
