A graduate of the IHECS and Solvay Brussels Schools, Yves Colinet has developed extensive hands-on experience in the new technology sector. He worked for various companies such as Olivetti, CA Technologies, Sword Technologies and Business Objects. During his career, Yves Colinet has been involved in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, team management activities. He created in 2008 his own BI consulting company called Velixis, offering services in Enterprise Performance Management (and composite applications) and Enterprise Business Intelligence. In 2012, the international group Micropole acquired Velixis. Yves Colinet manages since then the now called Micropole Consulting Belgium company, leading a team of more than 80 experts and consultants in 4 regional locations (Zaventem, Gent, Liège, Luxembourg). With his thorough understanding of the customer needs and a solid knowledge of the BI market, Yves Colinet makes a point of honor to help business owners and decision makers to define the best approaches and solutions in order to answer their analytical needs.

After having obtained a Master degree in Business and Finance (ICHEC/ISC St Louis), Paul Kaisin decided to further expand his financial skills and combine them with his proficiency in Data. Hence he went for a third degree in Finance at ICHEC. Paul Kaisin started his career at Coca Cola Company as sales representative where he developed expertise in the retail process. He got in touch with the world of Business Intelligence in 2001 when he joined Ariane II/Transiciel. One year later he started working at Sword Technologies as Sales Manager. In 2003, he developed a new BI Business Unit addressing the Public and Private sectors in Belgium. He continued growing within the company and was elevated to the position of Sales Director in 2007 and Director in 2008. Backed by more than 12 years of experience in recruitment and business development within the sector of BI, Paul Kaisin joined Micropole Consulting Belgium in 2010 as Director. He is since then responsible for helping customers in the development and implementation of BI solutions using a user centric approach. By identifying the best solution and the right resources, Paul Kaisin has been able to successfully gain the confidence of consultants and customers working together to succeed in projects within the right budget.

Catherine has worked for nearly 20 years in various recruitment agencies. She specialized in the search for Sales & Marketing profiles. In 2015, she joined Micropole as Human Resources Manager. Finding the adequate specialized profiles for each project as well as managing the Human Resources of Micropole Belgium are her main responsibilities. Passionate about multi-disciplinary contacts and long-term relationships, she makes a point of maintaining professional relationships based on trust with everyone she meets.

Kristof Gobbens studied Information Management & Systems at Thomas More and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Industrial Corporate Governance at European Management School (EMS). In 2004, he started working for DHL Express as a Data Analyst. He quickly became the Global Data Quality Manager, responsible for the quality of information held within the Global DHL Aviation Data warehouse. After 6 years he decided to work for Sogeti, part of the Cap Gemini Group. He occupied there several roles, varying from Data Quality Expert Lead, BI Solution Sales and BI Expert Lead. He also led several Business Intelligence and Data Quality projects, as well as being involved in Business Development. In 2015, Kristof Gobbens joined Micropole as Expert Advisor. Since then, he executed strategic missions at key accounts. Next to his work, Kristof Gobbens is also Professor at the European Management School in Brussels (EMS), where he teaches Data Quality & Integration, Datawarehousing and Big Data.
